General Terms and Conditions of Sale


1.)  Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Minimum order of $400 to qualify for a volume discount of 20%. Ampoules must be purchased in groups of 2, mix and match in pairs allowed.


2.)  Payment

Payment in full before products shipped. Online payment by Credit Card, PayPal, or Wire / Electronic Transfer is accepted.


3.)  Shipping

Shipping via Canada Post to Canada and the U.S.A. Minimum order of $250 to qualify for free shipping within Canada.

 Note: Pre-orders ship in 3-5 weeks.

4.)  Returns and Exchanges

a.     All returns require prior written authorization with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

b.     Claims for shortage, damaged, defective, or incorrect goods received must be reported within 7 days of receipt, or all such claims shall be deemed waived.

c.     All returned goods must be in “as sold” condition and in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging, and shipped in sealed cartons with appropriate packing materials, freight prepaid by Buyer. A packing list with the RGA number and itemized goods should be included. Buyer will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

d.     Credit will be issued for the exchange of goods. All sales final. No cash refunds will be given. Products will not be accepted for return after 30 days from the shipment date.

5.)  Note: Professional skincare products size of 200mL are intended as back bar products only and are not for resale.
